LA KOKO AU LA OVO?
In Moriya, Japan, I gave a cooking class in Esperanto to local high school kids. The dish was called “brezita koko farcita per ovoj sur spinaco-nesto”, which means “braised chicken stuffed with eggs on a spinach nest”.
